The target of FICOPER’s selection process is to find and hire the right candidate with the necessary qualifications and skill set to fill its job openings.
Receiving Applications
Candidates apply for a job opening via web-site, attaching CV and Cover Letter as well as any additional comments in application form.
Once applications received, they are reviewed by dedicated team based on certain
criteria depends on the role, e.g. qualification, work experience, etc. Then selected
candidates are contacted and invited for the First Interview.
First interview
First interview usually includes different kind of proficiency, aptitude, personality,
intelligence tests. It may also include comprehensive assignments expected to be done by certain deadline.
The one who “passed” First Interview is invited to the second round, the aim of which is to assess suitability of the candidate as well as to give more details about potential responsibilities, teams and what is expected from future employee.
Reference checking
Referees mentioned in Cover Letter can provide additional information about
candidate’s professionalism, experience, soft skills, leadership capabilities.
In certain cases, pass of medical and/or security check is compulsory to get Final
Approval for a position. More details are provided to candidates under consideration.
Final Approval of candidate
FICOPER sends an appointment letter with confirmation of candidate selection and
contract details.
